Atta is not refined flour. It retains the germ and bran of the wheat grain unlike maida (refined flour) which helps it retain fibre, minerals and vitamins.​

Atta is one ingredient that only gets spoiled if where you keep it has humidity. If you keep it in an airtight container, you can use it for at least six months. Also, you can keep your atta in the fridge for one year and freezer for two years to increase the shelf life.​

Aashirvaad Shudh Chakki Atta contains 0% Maida, and it is made with 100% Whole Wheat Flour.

Aashirvaad does not contain plastic. It contains gluten, like all other Atta which is responsible for the elasticity.

Aashirvaad Shudh Chakki Wheat Atta is authentic 100% whole wheat flour that contains 0% Maida made from grains which are heavy on the palm, golden amber in colour and hard to bite. The traditional like 'chakki ensures the retention of the wheat's high nutritional value. ​

Rava and Suji are essentially the same things. Rava is what people living in the southern region of India call while those in the northern region identify it as Suji/Sooji. Both products are made of wheat and are obtained by grinding the wheat into coarse flour.​
