Directions

  • In a ceramic container, add Aashirvaad Atta and salt.
  • Mix lukewarm water with active dry yeast. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Add yeast mixture to the Atta mixture. Stir. Add more water if needed..
  • Shape dough as you wish, don’t handle the dough for too long. Shape quickly, and cover it with a cotton cloth for 2 hours and let it rest at a warm place.
  • Preheat an oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Dust the loaf of bread with some Atta and make a few slits on the top.
  • Bake in a oven-proof bread-box for 20 minutes. Rotate and bake for another 20 minutes.
